主板數字輸入端口．儀表主板提供3個(gè)可編程輸入端口，接收無(wú)源觸點(diǎn)開(kāi)關(guān)信號。

主板數字輸出端口  儀表主板提供3個(gè)可編程輸出端口，24VDC集電極開(kāi)路輸出或250V、3A無(wú)源觸點(diǎn)。

可直接驅動(dòng)控制繼電器。

通訊板：儀表安裝通訊板后可使用標準RS-232.RS-485串行接口與上位機通訊，上位機可采集儀表數據并對儀表進(jìn)行操作。

2圃戍、監測功能：可提供狀態(tài)提示、過(guò)程報警、設定錯誤、設備故障、高流量報警、高負載報警、低負載報警、高控制偏差。

3、自動(dòng)控制給料功能：具備兩個(gè)獨立的控制電流環(huán)。第一個(gè)控制電流環(huán)通常用于控制給料量，第二個(gè)電流環(huán)通常用于控制其他設備，控制方式為PID=比例+微分旬缔，可控制的過(guò)程變量為給料量、速度或皮帶秤載荷噬德、流量設定點(diǎn)可通過(guò)鍵盤(pán)輸入、串行通訊或外部模擬信號設定±锕觯控制輸出為4-20mA電流環(huán)。
